Dear Law School Representative:

The University of Colorado at Boulder looks forward to your visit to our annual Law School Fair scheduled for:Monday, October 20, 2008 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Glenn Miller Ballroom of the UMC (University Memorial Center--our "Student Union"). Last year we had over 350 registered visitors at the Law Fair, so we hope that your Law School will join us this year.

Hotels:
Please note: This weekend is also Parent's Weekend so room availability and special prices are for Sunday night ONLY!

The Boulder Inn at 770 28th St is a Best Western Hotel adjacent to campus. There are plenty of rooms available for Sunday at the Law Fair rate of $98.email ari@boulderinn.com or phone 800.233.8469

The Broker Inn/Rodeway Inn adjacent to campus has set aside a block of rooms for us at the special rate of $69(!) plus tax for Sunday night, October 19. Please contact the Broker Inn reservations directly (800-338-5407) before September 30th to get this rate ("Law School Fair at CU.")

Parking:
Parking is available in the Euclid Parking Structure immediately east of the UMC building on Euclid Ave. I will distribute validation stickers at the Fair.

Meals:
A continental breakfast with beverages will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Box lunches, including vegetarian, and beverages will be available at noon. Food service will be in the ballroom.
